This week was a lot of fun for the whole class! We practiced writing our names and the letters A B & C. We explored all the different areas of the classroom and got to know one another. We are off to a great year. The Owls also went to Art, Music and PE and met their wonderful Specials teachers. Big Blocks Center

Meet the teacher!!!

What a great day we had at meet the teacher day! It was so wonderful to be able to meet so many wonderful children! I can not wait for Monday!!!! Remember to drop kids off in our room 205 for the first day at 7:45!

What has Mrs. Ornes been up to this summer?

we went on a Ornes Family Vacation, it was a lot of fun!

Mrs. Ornes was able to volunteer in Mexico in a small village for a few days this summer.
I was able to do arts and crafts with the children and play games and give away prizes.
It was a lot of fun for the children and my self. It makes me think how lucky we are to have such a great school like Zilker. Our classroom here in the village of Mexico was anywhere we could find shade.
